Founder, Curtis Yearwood has been devoted to assisting lnsured's obtain proper recovery from property damage during his 44 years in the business. His practice includes 15 states nationally, and Australia and New Zealand internationally. He is currently licensed in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan and Florida.
Mr. Yearwood consults attorney’s, property management, accountants and his peers. During his career he has provided expert witness, appraiser and umpire services.

As a Licensed Public Adjuster in Illinois, Indiana and Michigan and over 40 years of experience with a strong background in restoration work and property management, Mr. Bezanis is the ideal individual to be first on the scene after a property loss. Anticipating the complications that threaten property owners in these circumstances, he assures the best possible results for his clients.
With a strong base of clients in multi-unit property sector and others with significant real estate holdings, Mr. Bezanis has assisted policy holders in securing over $180 Million in claims. He is currently licensed in Illinois, Indiana and Michigan and boasts successful property loss claims for the Insured in California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, New York, Pennsylvania, Utah and Wisconsin. With almost 40 years of experience negotiating property claims and his extensive knowledge of fire restoration and building construction, he has assisted policy holders in well over $150 million in claims. Not only a skilled claims adjuster, Mr. Goldfedder is also hired for his expertise in the industry as an appraiser and umpire.
Traci yearwood-murphy | PA, Senior claims consultant
Ms. Yearwood-Murphy started working at ALPHA Adjusting in an administrative roll, learning the business from the ground up. She obtained her Public Adjusters license and using her background in Real Estate has been successfully negotiating residential and commercial property claims ever since. These claims include structural damage, personal property, loss of income, and additional expenses. Ms. Yearwood-Murphy is Certified in the nationally accepted Xactimate Program which helps the claims process move smoothly as it is the industry standard in estimating claims. Ms. Yearwood-Murphy has also been called upon for her expertise in adjusting claims in litigation cases.
